Permanent data

As part of a contractual relationship between you and €CT, we collect and use your personal data in the course of our activities ("permanent data"). By decision of the competent authorities, we may, on a case-by-case basis, disseminate information on permanent data if it is required for the case of a criminal prosecution, the execution of legal actions of the authorities for the protection of the Constitution or the counterintelligence service, or through the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Usage data

As part of the use of our services, we collect and use the data provided, in particular personal data ("usage data"). This data especially includes information concerning your identity and information about the start, end and use of our services. You have the right to object to the use of your personal data. We may create user profiles using pseudonyms, for advertising purposes, market research or for a new configuration of our service. We commit ourselves to not associate a user profile with the personal data of the individual acting under this pseudonym. By order of the competent authorities, we may, on a case-by-case basis, disseminate information on permanent data to the extent that this is required by the needs of a criminal prosecution, the execution of legal actions of the protection authorities of the Constitution or counterintelligence service, or through the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
